Returns

If you need to return something, we make it as straightforward as we can - and the return postage is on us.

How to start a return

1. Log in to your account and go to My THC > Orders
2. Find the order you want to return and click Return Item(s) next to it
3. On the return form, complete:
   - Quantity to return - choose the number of items you're sending back
   - Return reason - pick the closest match from the dropdown
   - Return action - exchange or refund
   - Condition of product - let us know what condition the item is in

Once the form is submitted, we'll email you with your RMA (returns authorisation) number, your order number, and a link to create a free Royal Mail tracked return label.

If you don't see the email within an hour or two, check your spam or junk folder. You can also find the RMA number in the 'Return Requests' section of your account.

Creating your free return label

Go to the Royal Mail returns portal, search for Troo Health Care Ltd, and enter your RMA number and order number. Royal Mail will generate a prepaid label you can print at home, and you can drop the parcel off at any post office.

Once we receive your return

We aim to process returns within 24 hours of them arriving with us. You'll get an email confirming the refund or exchange has gone through.
