How do I get Troo Health Reward Points?

You don’t need to do anything to activate your points, they will be automatically added for you every time you shop with Troo Health online.

Every time you spend online with Troo Health Care you will receive 1 point to every £1 you spend. Each point is worth 5p, effectively meaning we give you 5% back on every single purchase you make. All points earned are valid for 365 days.

How do I use my Troo Health Reward Points?

Step 1. Login to your account

Step 2. Purchase your products as normal

Step 3. At the 'Payment Method' of the checkout process simply tick the box to use your reward points on your order. The value of your points will automatically deduct from your order total.

Troo Health Loyalty Rewards – Terms & Conditions

Effective from: 12.05.2026

These Terms govern the Troo Health Loyalty Rewards programme ("the Programme") operated by Troo Health Care Limited ("Troo", "we", "us", "our"). By earning or redeeming Troo Health Reward Points ("Points"), you accept these Terms.

These Terms sit alongside, and do not replace, our main Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and statements made elsewhere on our website regarding the Programme, these Terms take precedence.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Programme is open to individuals aged 18 or over who hold a registered account at troohealthcare.com.

1.2 Only one account per individual is permitted. Points may not be combined, transferred, or pooled between accounts.

1.3 The Programme is offered at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw participation where we reasonably believe an account has been used in breach of these Terms, used fraudulently, or used in a manner that abuses the Programme.

2. Earning Points

2.1 You earn 1 Point for every whole £1 spent on eligible purchases at troohealthcare.com, calculated on the product sub-total (excluding delivery charges, taxes, and any amount paid using Points or discount codes).

2.2 Points are credited to your account once your order has been dispatched and the order is no longer eligible for cancellation. If an order is later cancelled, returned, refunded, or charged back, the corresponding Points will be deducted from your account. Where this results in a negative Point balance, you must restore the balance to zero before redeeming further Points.

2.3 Points are not earned on:

(a) delivery, packaging, or service charges;

(b) gift cards or vouchers;

(c) any portion of an order paid using Points;

(d) orders cancelled, refunded, or returned;

(e) any other items or transactions we identify as ineligible from time to time.

2.4 We may, at our discretion, run promotions offering bonus Points or multipliers. The terms of any such promotion will be set out at the time and form part of these Terms for the duration of that promotion.

3. Redeeming Points

3.1 Each Point has a redemption value of 5 pence (£0.05) when applied to an eligible order at troohealthcare.com.

3.2 Points may only be redeemed:

(a) at checkout, by ticking the redemption option on the payment screen;

(b) against the product sub-total of an order being placed in your account;

(c) on orders shipped to a country we are actively servicing at the time the order is placed.

3.3 Points have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a third party, sold, or used outside the Programme.

3.4 We may set a minimum redemption threshold or a maximum proportion of an order that can be paid using Points. Any such limits will be shown at checkout.

3.5 Points cannot be applied retrospectively to orders that have already been placed.

4. Expiry

4.1 Points expire 365 days after the date they are credited to your account, unless otherwise stated.

4.2 We are not required to notify you of upcoming expiry. You are responsible for monitoring your Point balance via your account.

4.3 Expired Points cannot be reinstated.

5. Changes to Shipping Destinations

5.1 We may, at any time and without notice, add, remove, restrict, or suspend the countries we ship to. Decisions on shipping destinations are commercial decisions made at our sole discretion.

5.2 Where we cease shipping to a country in which you reside:

(a) you will retain access to your Point balance for 30 days from the date we publish the change on our website or notify you by email, whichever is earlier;

(b) during this 30-day window, you may place a final order to a delivery address within that country, redeeming any unexpired Points against that order, subject to these Terms;

(c) at the end of the 30-day window, any Points still held on your account will be forfeited and removed from your account balance.

5.3 Points are not refundable in cash, by bank transfer, by card refund, or by any other monetary means in any circumstances, including (without limitation) where:

(a) we cease shipping to your country;

(b) we change, suspend, or terminate the Programme;

(c) your account is closed by you or by us;

(d) Points expire under clause 4;

(e) you are otherwise unable to redeem your Points.

5.4 The 30-day redemption window in clause 5.2 is offered as a goodwill measure and does not create any right to a cash equivalent, voucher, or alternative compensation.

6. Account Closure

6.1 If you close your account, or we close your account in accordance with clause 9, all unredeemed Points are forfeited immediately and cannot be reinstated.

6.2 If your account is dormant for 12 consecutive months (no purchases, redemptions, or logins), we may close your account and forfeit any remaining Points after giving you reasonable notice by email.

7. Subscriptions

7.1 Points are earned on Subscribe & Save orders on the same basis as one-off orders, calculated on the product sub-total after any subscription discount has been applied.

7.2 If you cancel a subscription, you keep the Points already earned, subject to clauses 2.2 and 4.

8. Changes to the Programme

8.1 We may at any time:

(a) change the rate at which Points are earned or redeemed;

(b) change the categories of eligible spend;

(c) change the expiry period for future Points (existing unexpired Points keep their original expiry date);

(d) change, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Programme in whole or in part.

8.2 We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to the Programme by publishing updated Terms on our website and, where reasonably practicable, by email to active account holders. Continued use of the Programme after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8.3 If we terminate the Programme entirely, we will give at least 30 days' notice and you may redeem unexpired Points during that period, subject to these Terms. After that period, all remaining Points are forfeited without compensation.

9. Misuse and Termination

9.1 We may suspend or close your account, cancel any Points, and refuse future participation in the Programme if we reasonably believe you have:

(a) breached these Terms or our main Terms & Conditions;

(b) provided false or misleading information when registering or placing orders;

(c) created multiple accounts to obtain more Points than you are entitled to;

(d) attempted to sell, transfer, or trade Points;

(e) used the Programme in a manner inconsistent with its purpose, or in bad faith.

9.2 Where we close an account under clause 9.1, no refund of Points or order value will be due, save for any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:

(a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, our total liability to you in connection with the Programme is limited to the cash equivalent of the Points held on your account at the relevant time (calculated at 5 pence per Point).

10.3 Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

11. General

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, save that consumers resident outside England and Wales retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where local law requires.

11.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

11.3 Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision.

11.4 We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you earn or redeem Points is the version that applies to that activity, subject to clause 8.
