Subscribe and Save

The supplements you take regularly, delivered automatically - at a better price than buying them one at a time.

How it works

Pick the product you want, choose how often you'd like it delivered, and we'll take care of the rest. Your first order ships when you place it, and every order after that arrives automatically at the interval you set. We send a reminder email three days before each repeat order so you've always got time to pause, skip, or adjust if your needs have changed.

You're in control of every subscription from your account page - pause, skip a delivery, change the frequency, or cancel completely with one click. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

What you save

Discounts vary by product, with every Subscribe & Save item discounted by at least 10% - we've structured our pricing to put the strongest discounts on Subscribe & Save - so subscribers get genuinely better value than buying one at a time. The exact discount for each product is shown on its product page when you select Subscribe & Save.

Free UK delivery on every repeat order - Royal Mail 48 (target 2–3 working days), regardless of order value. The only exception: if your first subscription order is under £35, a delivery charge applies on that one only - every order after that ships free.

Time saved -  the supplements you actually use, in a routine that doesn't depend on you remembering to reorder.

Available delivery intervals

You can choose 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16-week intervals - whichever fits the size of pack you're ordering and how often you take it. Most people pick the interval that roughly matches the pack's daily-dose duration, so a 60-capsule one-a-day product works well on a 8-week schedule.

If the interval you'd prefer isn't on the list, let us know and we'll add it.

Setting up a subscription

On any product page, select the Subscribe & Save option and your preferred interval before adding the item to your basket. You can mix subscription items and one-off items in the same order - the discount applies only to the items you've subscribed to.

Managing or cancelling

From your account page, select Subscriptions to see everything that's active. You can pause, skip the next delivery, change the frequency, or cancel from there. Full step-by-step guide in our Subscribe & Save management article.
