Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are shipped same day by the chosen delivery methodCOVID Update - Due to unprecedented demand and reduced fulfilment team numbers we can not currently guarantee same day shipping on orders placed before 2pm. Whilst this will still be our target it may be that it will take 1-2 working days before we can process and ship your order.

Free delivery is offered on all UK orders by Royal Mail 2nd class and 1st class mail . We also provide alternative delivery options for those wanting a different service, as well as catering for many overseas destinations.

The delivery times provided during checkout are estimates as most delivery service times are not guaranteed by the mail provider. Unfortunately despite our best efforts we cannot control delivery times once an order has been shipped.
 
Please be aware that as covid-19 continues to impact services mail delivery times are volatile at the moment. Many orders are getting through in a timely fashion but we are experiencing volatility, with some orders taking 14 days or more to arrive. On standard services please try not to contact us unless your order has still not been delivered 10 days after shipment.

Returns

 
To return an item(s) please login to your account and navigate to 'Your Account Page > Orders'. Click the Return Item(s) button beside the complete order that is to be returned. 
 
 
 
The Return Item(s) from Order # is displayed from which you should complete the following: 
  1. Quantity to return -  dropdown list allows selecting the number of items to be returned.
  2. Return Reason - dropdown list allows selecting the reason for requesting a return.
  3. Return Action - dropdown list allows selecting the required return action to take. For example, exchange or refund
  4. Condition of product - dropdown list to select condition of item

 

 
 
 

 After completing the return request form you will be given instruction on how to proceed and can continue to manage your return from within your account.
