You recently set up a scheduled order with us so that we send your supplements out at specified times in return for a 10% discount. If you wish to remind yourself of what scheduled orders are you can do so here.

Unfortunately the payment card selected for your scheduled orders has expired meaning we are unable to process an order which is due to be shipped to you. In order to continue convenient scheduled delivery and maintain your 10% discount you will need to set up a new card in your account on our website.

To do this please:

1. Login to your account.
2. Click on your name at the top of the screen.
3. Select 'Manage Payment Cards'
4. Click 'Add New Payment Card' to add your new card details and click 'Save'.
5. Click on 'Scheduled Orders' and make sure your card is allocated to your schedule.

Please note that when you add a new card to your account we will automatically charge £0.01 to the card in order to allocate a token. This will automatically refund straight away. We do not keep your card details on our systems - instead the unique token acts as a secure payment gateway just for you.
