GET RID OF CONSTIPATION: Natural remedies & Laxatives for Quick & Easy Relief

Let’s not forget the desserts:  tinned, fresh, stewed, pureed or dried fruit (choose from apples, apricots, bananas, blackberries, figs, grapes, peaches, plums, raspberries, strawberries, figs, pears, paypaya, pineapple).  You might want to pour pro-biotic yoghurt over the fruit.

Cracked golden linseed is a great dietary supplement to use.  Sprinkle two tablespoons over cereal, onto yoghurt, over fruit, into stir fry’s, over jacket potatoes, in salads or in soups.  When the seeds mix with liquid, the substance goes slimy and when it transfers into your stomach and travels through the colon, it provides a moist passage for evacuation.
