Returns or Exchanges
Troo Health Care.com unconditionally guarantees the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us or return your item within 45 days of delivery and we will either exchange or refund your money.
Within 45 days of ordering, you may return any product purchased from TrooHealthCare.com for a 100% cash refund. All that we ask is that you return the item to us in whatever condition it may be in at that time.*
Please include the following in your package:
Any items you are returning in the original packaging and a copy of the sales invoice (emailed to you) with the items and prices circled. If you cannot find your sales invoice then please login to your account and got to the 'Your Account' page.
You can access this page by either clicking on your name at the top of the screen or by clicking on the 'Your Account' link within the 'Customer Service' section at the bottom of the page. Your past orders are listed at the bottom of your account page and you can click on any order number you need an invoice for.
If you do not have access to a printer then please include a LEGIBLE hand written note with your name, address and order number.

We will not be responsible for the cost of postage and packaging to return items. We recommend getting proof of postage or using a Recorded Delivery Service for returns as we can not be responsible for items which never make it back to our warehouse.
* The guarantee on used items is limited to one unit per item. Most of our products provide at least a one month supply so this should be ample time to test the product. If you are returning one or more of the same item we will only refund on one used item plus any un-opened items in re-sellable condition.
