Dispatch Times
At TrooHealthCare.com we pick and pack every day from Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays). As we stock all items this usually means your goods will be dispatched next working day from the order. In the unlikely event of a temporary stock shortage we guarantee to dispatch your goods within 28 days of order or we will issue a full refund.
Delivery options
We currently ship our products by first class or signed-for air mail. Normal air
mail delivery times for your countries postal service apply. If you wish to use
a different delivery service to those offered then please contact us.
Delivery outside the United Kingdom
Troohealthcare.com will deliver your order to the any location in the world.
Checking order status
You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and
provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
- The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorisation of your credit card and verification of your information.
- You can also check your order status at TrooHealthCare .com by logging into your account using the email address and password nominated when placing your first order.
Track packages
Find the delivery tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming
that your order has been posted. Use that number in our Order Tracking page to
check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours after your package
was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on
the web site.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Overnight orders placed after 10am GMT are processed the following day.
- Overnight delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Thursday, excluding holidays).
Returns
Returns or exchanges
TrooHealthCare.com unconditionally guarantees the quality of our products. If
you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our products or if you find
that your order contains a wrong item, simply contact us within 90 days of your
delivery and we will either exchange or refund your money.
Within 90 days after delivery, you may return any product purchased from
TrooHealthCare.com for full credit. Please note that we can process returns and
refunds only for items purchased from TrooHealthCare.com.
Please include the following in your package: Any items you are returning in the original packaging and a copy of the sales invoice (emailed to you) with the items and prices circled. If you cannot find your sales invoice then please include a copy of a returns form which you can download and print from here - http://www.troohealthcare.com/refund&exchange_form.doc
