distribution facilities in both the UK and the US, allowing you to get your
health and beauty remedies quickly - no matter where in the world you are.
Dispatch Times
At TrooHealthCare.com we pick and pack every
day from Monday to Friday (except for Bank Holidays). As we stock all items this
usually means your goods will be dispatched the same day if ordered by 1pm.
For orders placed after 1pm they will be shipped next working day from the
order. In the unlikely event of a temporary stock shortage we guarantee to
dispatch your goods within 14 days of order or we will issue a full refund.
Delivery Options UK Orders
We currently offer standard, recorded and special delivery options. All orders over the value of £30 can only be shipped by recorded or special delivery. The estimated delivery time from dispatch for UK orders as defined by Royal Mail is:
- First Class and First Class Recorded:
1-2 business days
- Second Class and Second Class Recorded: 3 days plus
- Special Delivery: Guaranteed Next Day
FREE UK Shipping on All Orders Over £50
Any orders to be delivered within the UK and
that are over the value of £50 will receive free shipping by either second class
recorded delivery or DHL 48. This discount will be calculated automatically for
you at checkout as long as you have over £50 worth of goods in your shopping
cart. If you so choose you may still pay for faster shipping.
Delivery Options US
For orders that we have stock in the US you
will be offered USPS and UPS/Fedex delivery options, as well as options to ship
from the UK should you choose.
If we don't hold all of the stock in the US for your order then the whole order
will have to be shipped from the UK - in which case you will be given the best
airmail options available. Estimated delivery times for US shipping options as
stipulated by the relevant carrier are:
- USPS Normail Mail: 5-7 Business Days
- USPS Priority Mail: 3-5 Business Days
- Fedex/UPS Guaranteed Overnight: Next Day delivery
- Royal Airmail Signed For: 5-7 Working Days
- Airsure Priority Airmail: 2-4 Working Days
Worldwide Delivery
Troohealthcare.com will deliver your order to
any location in Europe and most other major countries in the world. If no
shipping option is available then we do not currently offer shipping to that
country. All delivery estimates made on shipping methods are based on estimates
given by the relevant mail service - NOT guaranteed delivery times.
Please Note: We do NOT take responsibility for delivery time delays. Once
your item is in the hands of the mail carrier we have no control over the time
it takes to get to you. Usually delivery times are reliable but delays do occur
over which we have no control.
Checking order status
You will receive two e-mails after you have
placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation
number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24
hours.
- The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information
will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours
following authorisation of your credit card and verification of your
information.
- You can also check your order status at TrooHealthCare .com by logging into
your account using the email address and password nominated when placing your
first order.
Track packages
Find the delivery tracking number in the e-mail
we sent you confirming that your order has been posted. Use that number in our
Order Tracking page to check the status of your order online. It may take 24
hours after your package was picked up from our fulfilment centre before
tracking information appears on the web site.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Orders placed after 1pm GMT are processed the following day.
- Overnight delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Friday,
excluding holidays).
- Mail delays do occur that we can't control. Please be patient as usually your
item will arrive within days of dispatch.
Lost Mail
In the rare event of an item being lost in the
mail we will either replace or refund items and make an insurance claim on your
behalf once it is confirmed an item is lost. The time that elapses before an
item is definitely lost varies depending on the mail service used. For inland
mail this is usually 15 working days from the delivery due date and for
overseas mail it is around 25 days.
Returns or Exchanges
TrooHealthCare.com unconditionally guarantees
the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with the
quality of our products or if you find that your order contains a wrong item,
simply contact us within 90 days of your delivery and we will either exchange or
refund your money.
Within 90 days after delivery, you may return any product purchased from
TrooHealthCare.com for a 100% cash refund. All that we ask is that you return
the item to us in whatever condition it may be in at that time.
Please include the following in your package: Any items you are returning
in the original packaging and a copy of the sales invoice (emailed to you) with
the items and prices circled. If you cannot find your sales invoice then please
include a copy of a returns form which you can download and print from here -

Enclose the slip in the box, wrap the package
securely, and send it to address provided on the form. For your protection,
please use Recorded or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.
