It's difficult to know if this works or if it is just placebo. I agree with the other review on here that it does give you a bit extra confidence so in that sense it doesn't do any harm. The physical smell of it is pleasant enough and no-one seems to have been offended by my new pong. Other than that it is difficult to quantify the effect. I'd bracket it in the 'worth a try' category!
