my weight has stayed the same, i have been using the patches for 3 weeks now and no change in my weight. i have been watching my calories and eating fruit and veg and being very careful about how big my portions are and exercising but my weight is still the same. 4 of the patches were stuck together so i couldnt use them but the speed of my order was excellent

I lost over half a stone in the first two weeks with these patches. Unfortunately in the following two weeks I have not really lost anything - maybe 1 pound. I'll keep using them though as I've had a fairly hectic social calender of late and it is probably why I have lost momentum.

im onto my third box of these patches and so far i have lost 11 pounds. they work perfectly really. the only complaint i have had is that one of my orders came with a few of the patches stuck together and i couldn't use them. it was no trouble though - these guys replaced them for me very quickly and gave me 3 extra patches for my trouble.
