I have suffered with severe panic attacks for the last 5 years and over the past 2 months they returned.

I have tried various medications and also CBT which didn't work for me unfortunately. I have tried various herbal remedies none of which worked or I took them for a couple of weeks and gave up. I then came across 'PureCalm' and although couldn't really afford it was desperate. I was going on a 3 hour train journey by myself and various important work meetings, I could NOT believe it actually worked! and calms me down within less than 10 minutes of taking it. I have just ordered my 3rd bottle as I can't do without it at the moment and its always in my bag! Thank you for such a great product and giving me my life back, I'd never normally write a review but if it helped me when I was at my wits end I'm hoping others might find it helpful.

ALL I REALLY NEED TO SAY IS I OULD NOT BE WITHOUT PURECALM! I HAVE BEEN COPING WITH ANXIETY AND PANIC ATTACKS FOR MOST OF MY LIFE AND NOT DONE MUCH ABOUT IT - I MUST BE CRAZY LOL. PURECALM HAS BEEN A BIG HELP AND I WISH I HAD COME ACROSS IT A LONG TIME AGO.

this works very well if you need a remdy for stress. it's been a great support for me and has helped me relax both in and out of the office.
