i've always had trouble concentrating and although never officially diagnosed am pretty sure I have ADD. i have real problems focussing on spoken words and although i read a bit it takes me 10 mins to 'warm up' - and that's on a good day. i've been taking this product for about 3 months now and i am actually quite shocked by the difference it has made. i feel much better about myself and it has definitely improved my focus. long may it continue
