Directions
Take one tablet per day with food. This can be increased to one tablet three times a day if necessary. Store in a cool dry place out of reach of children. Do NOT exceed the stated dose.

Do not take if you have a previous history of heartburn problems, acid reflux, other reflux disorders, esophagus disorder or GERD.
Using large amounts of cider vinegar can cause excess potassium loss and decrease blood potassium levels if used for a prolonged period of time. This could worsen when combined with diuretics (HydroDIURIL (hydrochlorothiazide), Lasix (furosemide), Hygroton (chlorthalidone), Lanoxin (digoxin) or insulin. People on these medications are advised to avoid taking apple cider vinegar.
Do not take if you have low blood potassium levels or low bone mass density (oesteoporosis).
Do not take if you have an allergy to apples
