Directions

Oxy-Kalm is specifically designed to help cleanse and provide oxygen to the bowel. It works best when taken on an empty stomach with warm water immediately upon arising or just before bedtime.

Wait at least one to two hours before or after meals. Drink 1 glass of pure grapefruit juice, orange juice or better still, squeeze half to 1 lemon into water and drink this with the capsules. The added acidity is needed for faster liberation of oxygen, especially in people with poor stomach acid levels.

No anti-acid products should be taken at the same time and no calcium supplements for at least 6 to 8 hours. To promote the cleansing processes and prevent the absorption of toxins, 1 glass of water should be drunk every 1 to 2 hours throughout the day.

There is no standard dosage and therefore requirements will vary depending on individual and intended purpose. Every individual will need to determine the correct number of capsules to take. Start off as follows:

- Take 2 to 4 capsules, before bed for the first 2 days and again on an empty stomach upon rising.
- Increase dosage by 1 or 2 capsule per day until cleansing processes are comfortable.
- Work dosage up to if required, or maintain the dose that suits.
* Maximum dosage is around 15 caps per day. - Continue with the higher dosage for 6 weeks and thereafter follow a maintenance dose of 1 to 3 caps per day if required.
- Drink plenty of water to help flush the colon and toxins from the body.
