Overview
Troo Step Self-Moulding Insoles use Self-Moulding Technology that allows the insoles to develop around the contours of your feet. These insoles provide individual cushioned support to provide extreme foot comfort, whilst preventing and relieving foot pain problems including heel spurs, plantar fasciitis and arch pain.

A unique blend of EVA, with strategicaly placed support areas, means the insoles provide the support you need where you need it. After a few days wear the insoles will be perfectly moulded to your feet to give you the perfect foundation for healthy feet. You can even further customise them yourself if you wish and add extra support where you need it - such as under the arches or on the balls of your feet.
Choose Your Size
Troo Step are available in two heel thicknesses, Standard (11mm thick heel) and Slim Fit (7mm thick heel) - both tapering to approx 3mm under the ball of the foot.
The extra heel thickness is necessary to produce the desired 'moulding' effect which transfers your weight away from any 'sore areas'.
The Standard 11mm thickness is recommended for all foot and related conditions including heel spurs, heel pain, arch area pain, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, fallen arches, pronation, or for those who just want extra cushioning for comfort and to prevent future problems.
The Slim Fit 7mm is recommended as an alternative for people who have concerns about having room in their shoes, or for people who wear naturally tight shoes (e.g. high heels). They may also be used by people who have ball-of-foot problems as the thickness of the insoles is the same at the ball area as the 11mm thick insole. Custom support can then be added as required using the supplied padded strips.
The insoles come in 4 different sizes which can be chosen using the drop down menus above. If you are between sizes it is best to go with the bigger size as the insoles are designed to be trimmed to fit.

Directions
Insert insoles into shoes. They can be used either on top of existing insoles or instead of them. If you have enough space in your shoes leave the existing insoles in.
Troo Step Insoles are designed to be trimmed to fit. If the insoles are too big for your shoe gradually trim to fit. Always trim from the toe end where possible.
Troo Step also come with their own self-customising extra support if required. Each pack comes with 2 strips of the same E.V.A. insole material that is used on the main insole to provide extra support if/where you feel you need it. These are commonly used to provide extra arch or ball of foot support.
As Troo Step provide natural arch support when moulded you should not add extra support until at least 3 weeks after first starting to use the insoles.
