I had a test done at Holland and Barrett for intolerance to foods, which was very useful, and told me which foods to avoid and to gradually re-introduce into my diet. After 2 years of avoiding certain foods, which helped I can now add certain foods which were previously banned. I rarely have a problem, but when I do I take immodium.

I too have this condition, mainly walking bare footed on laminate flooring which doesnt give like wood floors, also wearing flat shoes to walk the dog. First thing in the morning is painful, but it eases, and wearing trainers and a slight heeled shoe does work, alsdo the exercises as previously mentioned. Hot and cold packs also work. Avoid the treadmill at the gym !!!

I have plantar fasciitis myself for a few months now. My podiatrist prescribed me with custom made orthotics which did not work at all. I understood that treatment efficiency is very individual. If something works for one it may not work for the other. There are many treatment techniques that you can try. There are Taping techniques that I find very useful. Great article! I use pressure points every time. It doesn't work all the time, but is CERTAINLY helps. I advise everyone to use this in order to relieve a headache.
